On the whole Oriental Pearl is a decent pearl supplier, whom you can trust to get your jewelry from, especially full strand pearls.
Mia and Helen are both really lovely hosts :)
George, on the other hand is a pompous, arrogant fool who thinks he has a Master's degree in Gemology - it's all research, who can't Google these days?
I complained about his patronizing behaviour to Bryan, unfortunately, this was a futile effort as well, as nothing was done - I was like talking to someone who decided not to accept customer feedback.
So I decided to be nice and give George another go - joined his live stream and he blocked me. Yep - that's what an uneducated coward would do. He doesn't have the courage to face up to reality, accept constructive feedback or change. I wasn't wrong when I said he is just arrogant and doesn't have a clue about what customer service is. The pearl market is highly competitive - I don't have to buy from you! LOL
I'll probalby still buy from Oriental Pearl, but only from Mia and Helen as these 2 girls at least understand what customer service is about :)
